Olympia Steel Buildings

We had ordered and received one of their buildings but neglected to add on gutter parts. We later purchased the additional parts. Unfortunately, the order got lost in the order process and was not shipped. We contacted the company and were fortunate to get ahold of Alex Newtz. He rapidly tracked down the parts in the warehouse and got them shipped out immediately. This was excellent customer service by Alex, and it is difficult to find these days. Thanks Alex!

I ordered a building through this company about a year ago. I was promised a delivery by the end of June. The last week of June I was finally contacted by the company to say my delivery date was now October 4 through the 18th. When October came I called to see when my building would be delivered and was given no answers. We had to contact the better business bureau to get our building.

We finally received the building mid November. While assembling my building I realized I was missing a rafter. Multiple calls and texts to different people in the company went unanswered. I ended up having to get a piece made locally. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company.

Nothing but issues from the time I ordered the building on 4/6/21 I was told 8 week delivery from order date, got building delivered in October, was told insulation would be here 4 tp 8 weeks after building was delivered, It's now 1/31/22 and I call to find out where my insulation is to be told they couldn't get a hold of me to deliver so they canceled my order.

How do they not leave a voice mail for call back on delivery time and then cancel your paid in full order of over 4 thousand and not call you? you only find out because you called. their getting 1 star because the building is good quality, just not worth the wait or the bad communication from the customer service.

I put in a inquiry the night before and got a response the next morning from "Zach". Zach was informative, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and then some and thought a sale was not made (yet) he was patient and never hurried me. Big thumbs up to "Heath" for having awesome people on your team. I definitely plan on using this company for my family's homestead in the near future.

Just moved from Ohio to Washington due to being in the military and was in serious need of a garage. I started looking around and doing my research and weighing the pros and cons of just building one myself. I reached out to 5 different companies that gave me quotes and then dumped me off. I reached out to Olympia Steel Building and they were able to give me a quote and talk me through what the process would be.

It was good customer service and I was pleased with my experience. A day goes by and this is where this company really earned all 5 stars, especially Steve. Steve from Olympia Steel Buildings called me back and told me of a garage someone ordered that was our exact dimensions that was now available. Financing fell through with this other customer and it was now on the market.

With it being a 3 hour time different from the East coast to the West coast, Steve talked me to until about 9pm EST, way past business hours but he said he would be waiting for my call. He was a man of his word and picked up every time I called. I was not only impressed with the deal I was getting but with Steve's customer service. I selected a white garage with black trim to match our house and Steve went to place the order.

The black trim was not available. He apologized profusely, which it wasn't even his fault to begin with, but said to make up for the trouble, he would not charge freight and would throw in gutters and downspouts. I was just more and more impressed with how I was being treated. This is a smaller garage we are putting up now but are planning to build a large bardominium next summer and will 150% be going back to Olympia Steel Buildings. If you are reading the reviews because you are on the fence about which company to go with, you can't go wrong with these guys. 5/5 would highly recommend

Already not impressed. They contacted me after I requested a quote and we set up a time to talk at 12. At 1:40 they tried to call. I was no longer on my lunch break so I asked them to call back at 4:30. Again no call. At 1:40 the next day, they reached out and gave me a quote of 24,900 for 1200 sq ft. which is fine. However, they added in that "I checked your file it says you're not looking for six months, so please reach back out when you're ready to purchase." That to me just says they don't care unless you are giving them money. They have other reviews on other forums and are just horrible.

Ordered a 40x60 recently and still waiting on delivery but had nothing but a good Experience with the sales rep and customer service rep in taking care of all my needs and all my questions being answered. Im confident the building quality will be as good as the service I received so far!

We purchased a 40 x 160 steel building from Olympia Steel Buildings. Worked with John Cimba. We purchased the building in early February of 2021 a time when steel prices were very volatile. These guys did amazing! They locked in our pricing at a very competitive rate, and followed through, not charging a penny more even though steel prices were on rise during this time.

The building did take approximately 24 weeks to arrive, double the verbal estimate of 12 when we signed the agreement, but I was told this was due to the overwhelming amount of orders being finalized at that time. Approximately two weeks after signing the contract they had a firm date from the factory, 22 more weeks, and although I wished it had been sooner, Olympia Steel hit that date right on.

As promised the building was delivered July 23rd, and it arrived in good shape. The drawings they provided made it fairly simple to erect and we are very pleased with the finished product. We would definitely recommend Olympia Steel Buildings!

I purchase a 30x40 building from Olympia Steel Bldgs and was very impressed with the whole process, from order, delivery to final construction. They referred me to a crew that were very professional and knowledgeable and gave me a great deal on insulation and labor costs. The building is extremely well constructed and I was able to add extra roll-up doors from a local vendor and it looks great! I will hopefully be able to post some pictures. If I ever move and need another building, I will be calling Olympia! Thanks Again, Darryl R.
