Our experience building a home with Harpe Development was excellent. We worked with Cory, Phil, Trisha and Jason and they were all very professional, conscience, hardworking individuals! From start to finish they guided us in the process of building our home with excellent communication and design skills. The design of our home was made easy with Trisha's guidance.
We had a lot of specific design ideas and she handled each request easily. Jason was our Building Manager and he handled the construction of our home. From getting hard to get materials during COVID to last minute requests from us, he managed to deliver us the home of our dreams. There were some glitches along the way, which is expected but each problem was communicated and handled in a timely manner. Overall this home building experience was wonderful!

From the very beginning of our home build journey we felt completely 'at home' working with the team at Harpe. There was no question we felt uncomfortable asking and felt we were kept in the loop of communication at all times. What an amazing experience to watch an overgrown lot be turned into our home within a matter of 8 months start to finish.during a pandemic!
The design team was so accomodating, the project manager was like working with family, and all the contractors we met here consumate professionals. If we ever decide to build again, Harpe Development WILL be our go to.

Oh my goodness! What is NOT to love about Harpe Development? We have built not one, but two gorgeous homes with Harpe and both times the experience have been easy, affordable and overall AMAZING. From the very first contact.you will be immediately impressed with how quick they get back to you on your questions! They immediately seek out your NEEDS and WANTS of what you want in your home and will give you a plethora of options and ideas to make your dream home a reality.
In addition, every single person you will come in contact with at Harpe is not only knowledgeable about all aspects of the construction process, but friendly, kind and truly wants you to be happy with your home. Our Harpe Development LLC home build experience was good. We felt involved in the entire process from custom design through finishing touches. As with any custom home build, there were some contractor issues which Dustin rectified right away. The price was well below other premier builders in the area and the quality of construction is as good or better. Harpe offered several options for all aspects of the home. I've recommended them to others based on my experience.

We have been in our Harpe home for about 4 months and we love it. Being this was our first home build, we had many questions, ideas, wants etc. Phil was awesome to work with. From the beginning design ideas to construction he was fantastic. Trish was a life saver when it came to interior, being as we can be very indecisive. Karl was very responsive and great during the construction phase. The whole team has been great to work with. The craftsmanship was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and use again.
