Through his knowledge of the industry, ability to select and retain the best staff, and referrals from loyal customers, the company quickly outgrew Rick's basement. In 2003 the company began construction of a commercial complex comprised of two new 9,800 square foot buildings on Queen Anne Rd in Harwich.

We are having Rick Roy Construction, LLC ("RRC") do a major structural renovation to our home in Chatham and we are super happy with the quality of work; the talent and professionalism of the crew; and the strict milestone schedule to date. As background, we have built 2 large houses (in Texas) before and have also done a sizable renovation in Chatham; so this isn't our first rodeo.
To date, everyone at RRC from the architect who drafted the initial plans, project manager, prep crew, demolition crew, structural framers, finish carpenters and billing process have been best-in-class. By any measure, the workmanship is outstanding and, importantly, when they say they will do something on a certain date, it's done. As we all know, getting quality work done on the Cape is very expensive and a bit of a gamble at times.
We did extensive due diligence on RRC with friends across the Cape before we retained them. They have a well earned reputation for excellence. For our hard earned money, RRC is the way to go.
