DeIulis Brothers was providing pre-construction and construction management services long before the industry began trending in that direction. As far back as the late 1970's we served as a construction manager for our real estate affiliates as they undertook a number of commercial and multi-family residential development projects.
Our estimating is fully computerized. We perform a quantitative estimate based on plans and specifications furnished by the project architect. We separately take off and price work we typically perform with our own forces and solicit competitive bids from subcontractors for work we do not perform ourselves.
