Tupper Construction completed a weatherization project in my home following a MassSave Energy Assessment. The insulation installation crew who completed the project was top-notch! Isaah, Connor, Felix and Don showed up early, worked straight through the day, and did an excellent job! They were very courteous, friendly, hard-working, and very neat, which I greatly appreciated. The owner did not return my calls, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to this team; they are a credit to themselves and the company.

Last fall, my husband was hired as a sub-contractor for Mr. Tupper. In spite of the fact that my husband completed all but but one $150.00 task, (and the completion of this task was contingent upon Mr. Tupper's reveiw of the contract, which Mr. Tupper never completed) Mr. Tupper chose not to pay my husband the almost $1000.00 he owed him. Apparently, there is a clause in Mr. Tupper's contract that says if HE is not paid in full by the cusotmer, then he will not pay his subs. Shame on us for signing this contract.
We know that he and the customer are fighting it out, so we do not know when, if ever we will see our money. He has not returned our calls and his lawyer has said he would look into it, and he too, has stopped returning our communications. I fully expect that I will start getting poor reviews from Mr. Tupper in retaliation and I am prepared to deal with that. Bad behavior is simply bad behavior and people need to be accountable.
