Wonderful experience! The staff was knowledgeable and their products were high quality. They were flexible and worked with our schedule. Communication was wonderful as well. The floor installer Oscar was hands down the best! He was nice, respectful, on-time and kept the area super clean! He did a great job laying our LVT, very talented! He had a great choice of music too while he installed. :

Mid Tex of Midland put wood look ceramic tile in my kitchen, dining room, foyer, up and downstairs bathroom. They did a great job! And also replaced my kitchen countertops and back splash. I'd recommend this company everytime!

MidTex of MIdland is a fantastic contractor and supplier of high quality custom flooring. My wife and I have built one house and remodeled two houses with MidTex as our flooring and bathroom contractor. They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable, use quality subs and hire quality people, and the get the job done on time. Paul Renz runs a tight ship and keeps the project on track! I highly recommend MidTex to anyone considering construction of a new home or a remodel.

The entire team at Mid-Tex was a pleasure to work with! From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly & welcoming smile. We were looking to replace flooring throughout our home & were shown several options of flooring for our home. They were patient, thorough, and helpful when it came to helping me make a decision. At the point of install the team was professional & neat.

The installer did a terrible job. Left big open gabs and big openings on the doorways and did not fold the carpet where the tile and carpet met. I called to have them fix it and they finally send someone after about 3 months. He stated he could fix the carpet but nothing eles. It would cost us to have him redo the gabs and horrible gabs by the doorways. I do not recommend them. I would recommend Yates flooring. They do alot better job, and care about their work and business.

I was very pleased with working with Dillon Renz. He was on time to measure and gave me a quick estimate. The installers were professional and made sure the work was up to my standard. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to everyone! Service: Install flooring

I had Mid-Tex install wood floors in my home. They were very responsive. Sent contractor to measure flooring. We did the demo work but when they came to install, they were efficient, clean and courteous. In and out. Project done same day. Have not had issue with the quality of wood floors. Beautiful. Marty and the whole team at Mid-Tex were professional, responsive, and kept their word - sticking to our budget for the install. We called a dozen places looking for a carpet that was within our budget, and Marty measured and found carpet that fit both our home and budget. I don't normally do this, but I can't begin to say how DISAPPOINTED we are with Midtex and their customer service. We went to look at carpet about a month or so ago to figure out what we wanted. At first they were super helpful, let us sign out a sample to see in our house and came out to measure. We got sent a quote and decided to think for a minute before before we decided to go forward.

We finally decided and my husband went drove to midland to drop of carpet sample and get on the schedule. When he got there they had no information on who we were, our quote or anything about us even though they got all of the information last time. They said they would have Irma call us at 1 on Monday with some answers (this was just a couple hours later).

It took her TWO days to finally call us. My husband set up an appointment to meet with her the following day to measure the one room we were adding to the quote. So he got up early to get work done so he could meet her at 9 today. 9:30 comes around and she still hasn't arrived so he called midtex to check in. They put us on hold and Irma picks up the phone. so she just decided not to come to her appointment and just kept saying we don't have an appointment for you today.

They had literally just made this appointment 24 hours before. I can't believe with everything that is going on a business apparently just doesn't want any business. I am beyond disappointed and will be taking our flooring needs to someone who actually wants business.

Terrible! I called & asked them to come to my home to give me an estimate. We agreed on a date & time. On the day of my appointment, I left work and went home to wait on Mid-Tex to arrive. After 25 minutes of no one showing up I called their office and was told that the representative that was supposed to come measure FORGOT & not only that she lost all my information as well!

So I had to give my name, phone, and address again and she said she would come out. She did show up about 20 minutes later. She measured and told me she would have a price in a few hours. That was over a week ago. Now I can't reach her. When I call their office, no one can give me a price, but that particular representative. Ive left two messages for her and haven't received a call back. Very unprofessional!
