Red River Construction Co. was incorporated in the state of Texas in 1957. It is a heavy municipal utility contractor with its expertise in water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, and chemical processing installations. John H. King founded the company and retired in 1983. The President is Dean Porter. He is the General Manager, overseeing estimating and project management for various projects. He brings to the company experience totaling over thirty years of technical knowledge and practical application, completing over 250 projects.
