This review is based on proposal and pre-start work. We contacted three contracting companies and narrowed it down to Maness Contracting. President Martin Maness met with us, then he went on vacation, and then met with us again two weeks from the original date. He looked over our insurance estimate, told us he approved, wrote a formal approval letter to our insurance company and us and told us his company would be able to begin within two to three weeks.
We were in contact the following week and then the week after he sent us an email stating "it was difficult for him to say but another longtime customer reached out to them two weeks prior, approved his company's estimate, and in turn he would be going to work for them instead of us". I do not recommend if you are a new customer and are seeking a loyal contracting company who will consistently work without worry of them leaving your job for a previous customer who may pop up at any given time.
