Paving Construction Services, Inc. (PCS) was established in the year 2000 by a group of four partners with many years of experience in the paving industry. Starting out with small residential demolition and grading projects, we worked our way up to bigger projects in both residential and commercial.
PCS can handle any of your paving needs, including asphalt, seal coating, crack sealer, parking lot striping, concrete, paving stones, flagstones and grading. We are experienced in working in a wide variety of environments, including commercial, industrial and residential. We offer professional paving services at a fair and competitive price point.
A new layer of asphalt is applied to existing asphalt - typically 1 1/2 inches to 2 inches in depth. Seal coat dries by ultraviolet rays (sunshine) - typically within 24 hours. Asphalt is applied at 350 degrees and needs time to cool; this process also takes 24 hours. Clean the surface immediately to prevent penetration into the asphalt.
