Purchased a home from Rainey Homes at the end of 2018. We love our home and the quality! With this being our third new home build, I have to say it was the best experience. The process was very smooth, organized and the Rainey home professionals are so easy to work with. I highly recommend. I would give 5 stars, but will wait until after my warranty experience is completed. So far so great!

My mom has always wanted to build a home, so when it was time to move in I was pretty excited for her! The first thing I noticed driving up to the house was a very ugly light pole centered on her front door. Rainey Homes, work things through for your homeowners! There is a vacant lot just to left at the end of the Street. Then I walk in the door and I noticed that the cap on the pony wall is obviously not level.
The trim has gaps in it everywhere and the front door has about a quarter inch reveal at the bottom of it but touches at the top. There are also obvious mistakes with the paint. Somebody ran into the front of the garage. Also, look at the water spout on the back of the house. The items listed above are just a list a few of the things I noticed upon arriving.
I am only 5 minutes into a walk-through and what I'm seeing is really frustrating but could be easily fixed if Rainey Homes was more cordial. This is not the case though. The main point of my frustration with Rainey Homes is the way they interact with their homeowners. When you are doing a walk-through Nate, and your homeowners are asking about mud all over the floor that they did not track in it might be best to not yell at them and tell one of occupants that she does not belong there.

I gave Rainey 3 stars. The building process was great and we got the home we were after with a few exceptions. They promised a 1 year warranty and have failed to provide what was promised. In one communication with Rainey I was told that their new home projects were more important than my warranty issues. The home they built was beautiful but I am very unhappy with their customer service and warranty.

If I could give 4 and a half stars, I would! Only one small goof keeps me from giving the full 5 stars to Rainey! Rainey Homes built our home a few years ago. This isn't the first time I've had a home built, and I knew that it can be a bumpy road. But my experience was almost 100% satisfactory. I have almost no complaints, which says a lot when it comes to home builders!
Our home was built well with very high quality materials with attention to detail unseen in other comparable homes by other builders in the community. Free upgrades were plentiful, and I couldn't be happier with my new home. My only complaint was that the agent didn't know the difference between a "french door" and an "atrium door", and they installed an atrium door when I had ordered a french door. Bummer, but not a deal breaker for me. Best of all, the price per square foot for Rainey's homes were much lower than the comparable Daybreak builders.
