Our preconstruction services are aimed at educating clients on what will be needed to make a project functional and financially viable.
Construction Management uses specialized project management techniques to oversee every step of construction. In this delivery method our knowledgeable team collaborates with the project team beginning with the planning phase and serves as your trusted building advisor overseeing the projects schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope and function.
Our design-build project delivery method simplifies the building process. We are your single point of contact for every aspect of the project from conception to completion including preconstruction, design, engineering, subcontracting, construction and post-construction. The design-builder holds single source responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of the build and manages all contracts with companies such as subcontractors, vendors and materials providers.
