We are a fourth generation family business that specializes in the design and construction of energy efficient homes. We have been building in various locations of Northern Kentucky for over 60 years, on scattered site, acreage, and local communities. As a small builder, we pride ourselves in meeting our customers' needs while constantly improving our methods.
Directions: I-75 to I-275 East to Madison Pk/Rt 17 / Independence Exit. Go right (south) on 17. About 7 miles. Go one-half mile past Simon Kenton High School and turn right on Freedom Trail past the water tower. Directions: From I-75 and US 42, go West on US 42 to route 237 (Pleasant Valley Road), turn right and go about 4 miles.

I called to get a home built and spoke to the owner. He said give him a couple days and he would email me plans about building the property he took my email. I call on Friday after not Recieving an email from him and he doesn't have anything ready and states he can't really remember what we spoke about. Poor service! Unprofessional! Not dependable people and company! No excuse! Small builder horrible reference.
