FES did a great job in assessing and writing a report on the foundation of an old farmhouse we were considering buying. The info shared was detailed and helped us make a decision to buy the property. After we purchased the property, we hired FES (we worked w/ Ryan S.) to design a plan to make the 1890s stone foundation sturdy and safe. The contractor we hired followed the engineering plan to a tee. FES's communication with us and the contractor was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with how the project turned out.

We appreciated how thorough Foundation Engineering Specialists, LLC was in their review of a house we were planning on purchasing. Unfortunately, the house had significant foundation issues and we had to cancel our contract. Foundation Engineering Specialists, LLC went above and beyond. After the review they even hopped on a call with the seller's foundation experts so we can hash out our differences. I would 100% use their services again in the future.
