The Baldwin County Home Builders Association is a professional trade association located in Fairhope, Alabama. The Association serves our local home builders, developers, remodelers, suppliers and service providers in many ways, keeping them informed of critical issues facing the building industry and providing education opportunities is an important part of its purpose.

Services
Have experience in building equal to that required by the Alabama State Licensure Board of Home Builders;. Applicants accepted by the BCHBA shall pay annual dues for the entire year in which they join. Such dues will also pay for the membership in the National Association of Home Builders of the Untied States and the Home Builders Association of Alabama.
The Baldwin County Home Builders Association is giving a unified voice to our membership at the state legislature and state regulatory agencies. We advocate to ensure that your ability to operate your business, employ people, and make a profit isn't hindered by burdensome regulations. We advocate for legislation that helps our industry thrive and become a much stronger contributor to Alabama's economy. Our political action committee, ABPAC, plays a big role in our advocacy efforts at the state legislative level.
A home is the simplest, yet most essential item in people's lives. It is a comfort and a safe haven at the end of a long day, and a place to call their own that gives them independence. The mission of the Foundation is to support the educational and charitable activities of the Baldwin County Home Builders Association.
