I love the Forum. Bridget who helped me renting my unit was AMAZING. Vanessa was always available if I needed anything as far as maintenance. The building was always kept clean. I would recommend the Forum to anyone. If I was not buying a place than I would have never left this building. Again Bridget makes everything easy!

I'm currently renting one of their properties and it has been a complete disaster. They are very unorganized and they have very poor construction. I've experienced water damage throughout my unit at a brand new property. It's taken them almost 2 months to fix and they still haven't figured out the problem. The customer service is very poor and I'm very disappointed as a resident!
