Legacy Stair

Can't speak to the work of their business but when a driver in one of their vans fails to merge properly and actually causes you to be pushed off the road I would then assume they don't care to be professional in any way. Don't worry, I'm fine and so is the car that was pulling out the Denino's parking lot that almost collided into me because the driver of the Legacy vehicle sped up to purposefully not let me into the lane. Petty? Maybe.

But it's not difficult to be a good driver. UPDATE: To address the business response, I made a legal left hand turn from the right lane. Meaning, I was in the right lane, did not pass cars on the right, drove the speed limit to merge and was pushed off the road by your driver. I live in this area and drive this way literally every day. Your driver almost caused a dangerous accident.

Of course your driver would cover themselves, blaming me. An appropriate, professional response, would have been asking me to call the business to address the situation and find a solution. But instead, you chose to discount my complaint and play the sympathy card. I am reviewing your business, which in my case was interacting with someone from your company on the road. I stand by my original review.

Amazing company! Great work! Very reasonable with pricing. Could not ask for a more professional company to deal with when it comes to railings and stairways!

Critical: Quality The newel post on my newly installed staircase cracked down the center. I spoke with the owner and he refuses to fix/replace it for me. Poor customer service and product. I wish I could upload a picture so you could see how poorly it looks.
