Aspen Constructors did a major 2 plus year remodel for me a few years back. This included a remodel of a large part of my main floor plus construction of a 6 car garage with a wonderful game room above the garage. The remodel included coordination both with the original architect for my home plus structural engineer consultation during portions of our job.
