We had a wonderful experience with the folks from Roncor Construction! We needed more room in our existing house since we have lots of boys, and we didn't have enough playspace/bedroom space for them. We talked to a few contractors, but Mark from Roncor was the first sales person who made us feel like someone could be as excited as we were to actually do the project.
From the initial phases of designing the house with Tom and Mark and seeing what it might look like with their software, to the actual building of the house itself with Kevin and Will on the main build team and all the subcontractors they used, we were nothing but pleased. We knew exactly what we were getting and what it would cost, nothing was done without our OK, and for those few problems which arose they were dealt with immediately with Roncor accepting full responsibility for any difficulties.
Everyone with whom we worked was wonderful, and obviously cared about our project. We now have a new kitchen, downstairs play area work room, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest/boys bathroom, and boys bedroom. Not a single room in our house was left untouched. And we love it all! At the end of the project, we asked the guys involved to sign the wall on the inside of our front closet because that's what artists do when they complete their work - they sign it. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a hassle-free construction job well done, call these guys!
