Weve been the well drilling contractor for Motz Homes since 1985. Great people and good to their subcontractors. They also built a home for a family member and he was well satisfied.

On the recommendation of a neighbor, I contracted with Tom Motz Homes to build a room above the garage (to use as an office). Brian was my main point of contact, and the designer. I'm very pleased with the room and the entire process. It went so smoothly, with scheduling and details taken care of so that I could continue focusing on my own work. I look forward to working with them again on other projects, and I don't plan to shop around.

Excellent company to work with when building! They make everything about the process very easy and clean. Starting with Wayne in the land purchase, Brian with the design, Jerry with the supervision, Tim with the follow up repairs and Becky with customer service. Very easy process. The quality of the build was beyond our expectations! All of the contractors were excellent to work with and great to communicate with both onsite and by phone.
