Mike Garcia Construction built my home in 2003 and the whole process was enjoyable and went very smoothly. The craftsmanship and customer service are top notch. This is not the first house I built so I went through the process with another builder on my previous home. I must say it was night and day. I have also used their Remodeling Division to finish my basement, customize my garage, and add on a deck/patio/screened-in porch.
They always take care of any concerns to make sure you are happy with the result. If you are thinking about building or remodeling a home, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

This organization is top notch. I was/am still so impressed about the quality of work they do. 20 + years ago they built my home and since they did such an amazing job on it I asked them to help me with the new location for my Chiropractic practice. They took a house and converted the property as well and the dwelling into my dream practice. The Garcia's are professional, knowledgeable and were willing to go to battle for us when it came to dealing with county rules and regulations.
