My S & A home is only 6 years old. I had to replace my french doors because they were installed improperly causing them to bow. My cement front and back porches are chipping and cracking and will need to be replaced soon. Talk to S & A and they could careless. The home is very poorly built. Many in my neighborhood also have issues with their homes. Don't buy or build an S & A home.

After many attempts to resolve issues of our S&A home we have hit brick wall after brick wall. I am hopeful to eventually find someone to help us resolve our concerns with my home. We have outstanding issues that were never resolved from our one year punch (actually occurred before even closing) list that have been blatantly ignored. I would never recommend S&A to anyone I come across.
Our issues were to fix our front porch that their 2x6 fell and destroyed the front porch while it was still wet and missing window screens. The rest which is a lot of little things but so very disappointing.we fixed most on our own which cost out of pocket for something we already thought we paid for when we built.so not to be embarrassed to have friends and family over to enjoy.
It is such a shame that not only do I have many unresolved issues.my neighbors have even more. I am happy they moved from Pittsburgh and will no longer be able to rob people of their money. My neighbors and I are forming a class action lawsuit. Sincerely, JM
