We were extremely lucky to have come across RGB in our quest to find (or build, as it happened) our new house in Poconos. Honest, direct and professional staff of RGB was with us every step of the way, guiding us and helping with our house designs desicions: Suzanne was helping us find the right property and design the house of our dreams; Jackie was guiding us through the difficult process of picking the right wall colors, tiles and cabinets; Joe was managing the entire construction, from pouring the foundation through installation of the light fixtures, was very patient answering all our questions, and finally welcomed us to our new home.

Big thanks also go to Mary, Sam and Bob for always keeping us in the loop and helping us with the overall process, especially during those times of pandemic and supply shortages. Everybody at RGB were responsive, easy to reach and flexible, and again, honest and highly professional. The house is now finished and we have started making it our new home, but we keep thinking of and thanking the wonderful people who made it all possible.

After searching for more than a year for a company willing to even bid on my custom home design, I came across RGB and almost immediately felt I had found my builder. I had been turned down by numerous large firms because my design was either too difficult or too complicated, but Bob Brown never expressed even the slightest doubt that they could do the job.

Throughout the process of refining the design and quoting the job, I was struck by their attention to detail, their focus on the highest quality standards, and most importantly, a level of forthright honesty I never could have believed possible. Even through the pandemic they managed to make consistent progress on the house, and were very communicative.

We've lived in an RGB home for two and a half years. We've been very happy with the solid quality of the home and the typical small issues with a new home have been handled quickly and professionally. Our utility bills have been as low as we can recall, after living in 10 homes in 20 years. This is a testament to the solid construction of the house as well as good insulation. After buying our property, we searched and interviewed a few builders to build the home of our dreams. We chose RGB Custom Home Builders. They had the best presentation. From their website down to their sales staff. Katherine was very knowledgeable and helpful in the planning and pricing of our build. She steered us in the right direction and gave us great advice in the planning.

Her expertise helped us make decisions that not only made our home look great, but also added value from an investment stand point. Jackie helped us with the details. Everything from selecting our flooring, doors, counter tops, cabinets, roof, siding and so much more. Joe Brown and his construction team did a phenomenal job turning our blueprints into our home.

We are very happy with the outcome. Our dream home has become a reality. The RGB team answered every question we had. They always picked up my phone calls and answered our emails. From the receptionist to the President Bob Brown. They are always friendly and polite. If I had to do it all over again, I would chose RGB again.

We have been dealing with RGB since 2005 and have found them to be a very high quality custom home builder. President Robert Brown has been and continues to be a leader who takes pride in the quality of the homes he builds. Bob is an experienced professional who not only manages the finance, design and construction process. He also follows up on customer concerns after homes are built to insure that customers are not experiencing any problems.

I recall a concern where we requested Bob's assistance with a deck at my father's home which was purchased in 2008 and developed a problem just before it was sold in 2018. Bob did not hesitate to visit the property to not only review the issue but suggested a correction be made and also handled the work involved to resolve the issue in time for the closing.

This was almost 10 years AFTER the purchase in 2008! It is now more than 3 years after RGB constructed the home where we currently reside. A few floor areas have developed an annoying squeaking, so Bob stopped by to address this concern and will have his crew return in the near future to correct this problem. Of course, we are certainly delighted with his continued support years after the initial construction! We can confidently say that RGB is the only builder that we would ever choose or recommend for new construction as they have delivered excellent work, time and time again.

We've recently moved into our retirement home and become happier with every passing day. I did do a lot of research before choosing RGB as our builder and have found that their excellent reputation is well deserved. From the outset RGB worked with us to design a house we would love. As much fun as design can be we are even more pleased with how well the home has been built.

There is a lot of attention to little details, things we didn't think of but with their experience they knew to include. And finally the people at RGB are patient, knowledgable, reliable and downright nice. Thank you Bob and Joe for the dream home we have always dreamed of.

I cannot say enough good things about RGB and their staff. It was very scary building a home from scratch and having to select the builder who would do the best job. I am so thankful that we did just that. RGB as a whole, from the builders to the staff and the contractors were simply the best. We had such a wonderful experience working with everyone at RGB and the house exceeded our expectations.

Everything was done to perfection and in a very timely manner. We live in another state and RGB made it easy to be on top of everything happening with the build. Joe at RGB was on top of everything and quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. My wife and I were novices to home ownership but we wanted out of NYC. We were so pleased and lucky to connect with RGB. Joe Seagraves was our trusted guide through this process. We thought we were just beginning to look but he showed us a lot on top of a hill that we loved and Jackie Kemp was super helpful picking out all the details of our home.

Our experience with RGB was a remarkable and enriching experience. The planning phase of the project, which was amazingly detailed, addressed everything from the position of the home on the property all the way down to the type of knobs for the bathroom cabinets. We thought at the time, that it was a little overkill. But that all changed when the project finally began and it became crystal clear to us, that all this pre-construction planning had resulted in the efficient building of our home.

They gave us suggestions for enhancements as the project proceeded. Virtually all of their suggestions were amazing and readily accepted. The result is that they built us a truly extraordinary home. Building a home is a big project with many variables. If you don't deal with a reputable builder, a lot can go wrong along the journey. RGB completed our beautiful home in Twin Lake Estates in early 2018, on schedule. They built a quality product. Their attention to detail is seen throughout our home, they just do things right. The entire RGB staff was a pleasure to work with which made for an enjoyable experience.

Me and my family had a new house built by RGB Custom Builders at Twin Lakes Estates. I think with any project of that size, stress is at an ultimate high. But with people like, Joe Brown, Bob Brown and Joe Seagraves, it was easy sailing. They and many others at RGB worked professionally to support our every need. Midway through the building I also experienced problems with financial lenders with rules regulation and other oddities.

But with this team behind me it was not a problem. They were patient understanding and helpful at all times during the process. My family is very happy with our new home and enjoying the beautiful neighborhood that RGB Custom Builders have built. I also wanted to add that RGB continues to support their product and fancy our every question with a smile and a helpful hand.
