Mario spent his early years learning the business from his father, Albert, and working as a carpenter in Dickinson's factory. He joined Dickinson Homes as a Project Manager in 2001 after completing his studies in engineering and business at Michigan Technological University. Along with his brother, Anthony, represents the 3rd generation of this family business.

I was highly suspect of the amount of lackluster reviews for those company. Many appear to be fake or not verified customers. I had completed a contact sheet via online to download the layout of a few houses. It required me to put multiple forms of contact. I was not contacted in any way shape or form in the multiple ways they requested my contacts.
They do not deliver homes to the entire state of Michigan which is very misleading on their website. I wasted a considerable amount of time reviewing the homes and layouts only to find they don't deliver homes to the area of Michigan I have property in. I'm completing this review to inform all potential customers how difficult it was to get in touch with somebody from the company and the misleading information that they don't deliver to the state of Michigan as a whole.

My initial inquiry was attended to quickly, but once I was put in contact with Ryan Spencer everything went downhill. As a struggling disabled veteran I thought looking into a cool tiny home may bring me some piece. Ryan relentlessly let me know that I can't afford anything they have to offer, and he had no interest in helping me find a fit. $165,000 for a tiny home just seems crazy to me, and I believe people deserve to be treated better. Ryan, you were very disrespectful to me, and I hope your employers know how badly you treat people.

Very poor website. I think they are just wanting people's personal information to sell. They replyed to my review after almost a month. If they aren't complying a data base of people's private information then why would a potential customer have to give their name and email address to look at the company's products? And why reply in a harsh manner if they are on the "up and up"? Very suspicious!
