QBS out of Gentry was excellent to work with. We LOVE our shophouse and it turned out better than we could have imagined! 40x60x14 w covered porch. From the first few conversations we had, I could tell they are better than the competition. They asked several questions on the front end to help design our building that none of the other guys were asking.
We worked through Brandon on the design and he was very detailed, thorough, and great at listening to what and how we wanted to use our building, and the final turnout was tremendous! Would highly recommend and use again. Thanks QBS! 2/2/2021

Quality Metal did an outstanding job on our Absolute Heat & Air building in Cave Springs. They were all about making sure they delivered exactly what we wanted. Their workmanship is very thorough, clean, precise, and quick. They were always quick to respond to questions and met me on-site when requested. They will deffinetly build our next building! Quality Metal, Inc. just finished a large project for me at the airport in Siloam Springs. It was done on time, exactly as quoted, and exactly what I wanted. The main guy at QM is Chris Unruh who is a straight up, stand up guy that had the vision to design this, get it drawn, stamped, approved, built, and bring it to completion. We walked through final inspection this week and it is water tight, and ready to work. QM starts with a proposal, and then converts it into a firm contract with all costs and schedules clearly defined.
All options are also priced out down to the penny so there are no surprises. Chris works 24/7 and his level of customer support is to be commended. This was a high visibility complicated project and I am totally satisfied with the design and finished product. Nice!
