Called and requested pricing on used machines and was promised an email. Nothing. Called again the following week and was promised an email with pricing on current used machines available. Radio silence, again. What are you guys doing? You're totally on point on the phone, and then you never follow up? Just bought a machine elsewhere. ya lost the sale! I have at least one more machine to buy soon but will not be contacting PMC about that one. Sorry, dems the breaks. Two strikes and you're out.
