David founded D.L. Falk Construction, Inc. in 1993, after serving as vice president of H.L. Falk for 10 years where he also perfected his skills in the position of chief estimator and senior project manager. Possessing a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in real estate/finance has also assisted David to excel in the field of real estate development.
DLF is the apparent low bidder for the Santa Teresa HS New Classrooms Building with a low lump sum bid of $10,500,000. This is a school project and will provide. DL Falk is the apparent low bidder for the Sullivan Project in Fairfield! The low lump sum bid of $5,064,000.00 includes a scope of work that will remodel existing District.
The D. L. Falk team was very responsive to the tight schedule, kept change order costs down, was prompt in the RFI and submittal process, and the quality of work met our expectations. Although this would seem to be small potatoes by many general contractors, David Falk, President of the company, took a personal interest in this project (regardless of its scope) to ensure that all was going well and to the degree there was an issue, he reacted quickly on its resolution even through all the final punch list items.

This company has held my school hostage for two years now. Yesterday, they set part of a building on fire. One of the classroom floors is not even level. When asked about this, the manager denied the claim. At this point, a tennis ball was laid on the floor and it slowly rolled across the floor until it hit the wall. There is also at least one classroom where I saw at least a two inch gap between the ducting and the ceiling material. The worst workmanship I have ever witnessed in my many years involved in fabrication first hand. Steer clear of this company if you want people who take pride in their work.

DL Falk recently completed work related to our school allocated bond with a project budget of approximately $12,000,000. Throughout the course of the project DL Falk was punctual and proactive. As the work progressed there were numerous unforeseen changes made by our architect to which DL Falk was very responsive in recommending changes that fit within our budget. I would recommend them.
