Jackie Hill, our dad, started Hill's Land and Construction in 1978. He had a goal to create great neighborhoods with superior-quality homes. And his goal rings true today more than ever before. The first thing to do is schedule a meeting with us to get started. During this meeting, we'll discuss location, budget, square footage, and other important details that go into your custom home. We love building homes in nearly any square footage. We specialize in creating excellent quality homes that won't break down in a short period of time.

We have not made our final decision on which builder we will be using. But it's practically impossible to compare other builders with Hill's. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not many builders will discuss their most interworking of their building practices and materials, but Hill's will. First meeting I got all my questions answered, and there were pages, and got to tour several houses in different stages of construction.
There are eager to show the homes pre slab and pre insulation to show the framing and trades' details. They build elegant, efficient, and use excellent materials and building practices that I've only seen in 5,000sqft home. The big difference is they do all of this with a 2,000sqft home. We love our Hill's Home! They have an incredible team of talented professionals who work with you to create the home of your dreams. Their home designs include details that make your home not just beautiful, but also functional - like a built-in hair styling drawer with a timer, so you never leave home with your straightener on : We have been in our home for 3 years today and still love it as much as the day we moved in!

We had a great experience with them building our home. They managed every issue fair and honestly. There were some very unforeseen issues to work around and still came in on time and under budget. We just went through one of the coldest stretches in history and we had zero issues with water lines freezing thanks to their build quality and overall design. If we ever have a need to build another home we will definitely use Hill's Land & Construction.
