We receive, unload and store them at our facility in Putnam and then deliver them to the project site when needed. We are now offering this same service to any local business in need of immediate, safe, indoor storage.

Central Construction Industries, LLC is a Contractor specializing in the fabrication and installation of Standard or Specialized Pre-engineered Metal Buildings, Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals as required in the construction industry. We have a 38,000 square foot fabrication facility in Putnam Connecticut with extensive material handling capacity.
Central Construction Industries, LLC has in-house crane and heavy trucking services available. We have crane capabilities to 70 tons. We have trucking services with a variety of trailers available to 40 ton capacity. These are available to support our own projects or for rental. Please brief us on the details such as where the job site is and what size crane you'll need.(required).
CCI offers immediate short or intermediate term storage space for rent in our facility to handle your storage needs. We have pallet rack locations, open floor space and storage cubes/lockers for monthly rent/lease. Our storage clients can save money in the following ways. First by ordering early. Second by being able to receive (at our location) when the factory is ready to ship.
Minimum three years experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings from red iron to final trim. Ideal candidate would also have experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication, welding and erection. Full time position operating hydraulic truck cranes up to 70 ton capacity as well as working on rigging crew involved in installation of heavy industrial equipment and erection of structural steel.

Called these guys last minute - had trucks down the street to unload and the crane I had booked from another company was delayed by hours. CCI could not do enough to help out with the situation. They had a crane and support vehicle on the road in minutes and I had the trucks unloaded well ahead of the estimated arrival of the other company. The service was very professional and I can highly recommend them based on this experience. They really went the extra mile in a situation where others may have taken advantage. Much appreciated! Top of my list for future rentals!
