Services
Engineering & Industrial Services, LLC. has been serving manufacturing and the rubber extrusion industry since 1977. Over the years, as the industry has developed, constant changes have taken place in equipment demands, in both form and function. By designing and building custom and standard equipment to perform a wide range of functions, we have met these demands year after year.
Custom Design: One of the aspects that we pride ourselves in, is our custom design abilities. We can take your needs, and meet them to the fullest extent possible. All the while providing you with the quality you have come to expect from our company. Rebuild or Refurbish a Machine: If you have an older machine that you would like to be rebuilt from the ground up, we can do just that. We will take a previously built machine that may be outdated, and rebuild it to either the same specifications or new ones that you provide.
Our vertical In-Line Accumulator is fully guarded with dancer assembly and operating control panel. The In-Line also has a pinch roll to pull the extrusion through the machine, and a product clamp for welding. The typical wheels for the In-Line are 4 wide, although wider wheels can be provided. Typical accumulation had been 250 to 450 feet.
Hazard location precision peristaltic pumps deliver solvent based adhesive onto rubber extrusions. Booth features downdraft air flow, product guides, dispensing nozzles, wipers to spread the adhesive uniformly over the extrusion profile. Similar to the booth to the left, this system features downdraft air flow, product guides and dispensing nozzles as well as CO2 fire suppression.
