Critical: Responsiveness Saw them at neighbors house, asked them to come over to our home when done. Ask for estimate for bathroom, said he would call that night or next day. Still waiting on that phone call.

Had a guy come out and give an estimate. He asked if I was expecting a child. Lol no so thanks for calling me fat. Hard losing weight after having 3 kids back to back bro. Price is too high. Trying to charge 2k for a window. 3k labor. That's way too high lol.

Rossi remodeled our kitchen and master bath. Love these guys. We were so impressed with efficiency, quality, and overall care while the project was underway. And, they are serious about their commitment to their warranty. We had to have some repairs in the shower. John and Rueban treated the situation seriously and were so quick to fix the problem. No mess left behind. They are amazing!

They did our roof and they installed gutters and we have been experiencing problems with the gutters on the way they were mounted and they leak. Made several calls to the office for someone to show up and fix the problem and no one will show up. Not satisfied with the job and it's all still under warranty. So what are we supposed to do!

They were awful. We ended up telling them to stop because things were going downhill and fast. They said they'd quit but we still needed to pay and to look at the fine print of what we signed. They said they'd put a lien on our home. They were so terrible and rude we still paid and made them leave. This was a room addition. One man worked on the entire thing.

The paint was on the ceiling and we had to tear up the carpet in the hallway because he tracked it out of the room. Drywall was bowed and said there was nothing he could do (after having it redone by another company it's fine). He stained all the trim work and then said it didn't match our floors and was a train wreck. This is just a handful of the mess we had.

Terrible experience with Chad that only does quotes on Tuesdays. I gave exact details of what needed to be quoted couldn't be home on Tuesday. Quote with dollar amount written on a business card and voicemail he left appeared quoted wrong. Left Chad four voicemails even left email if he wanted to send details of quote so I can verify correct. So after leaving 4 voicemails mails about dollar amount written on his card, I will never call them again. Very unprofessional to not return calls and to write a dollar amount on a business card.

I am very satisfied and happy I chose this company for my home needs. My bathroom remodel turned out amazing and my new interior doors and closet doors as well. Extra thanks go out to Jerry and Dan for their hard work. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks Rossi Construction!

Rossi finished my basement and it came out great! They have done a lot of work for me. Refinished my driveway, then when the mothers day storm came they did the roof, siding, window, sky lights, gutters and down spouts. I also had them put a huge deck off the back of my home. All at a good price and good workmanship.
