I called to get an idea of what a home might cost (seeking out information about their less expensive options) and was quoted a relatively high estimate for an upgraded unit with a garage (didn't want either of those options). When I informed Sandy that I didn't need those additional features/costs, I never heard back from him. Not sure what happened there as I think a base product would have been within my budget, but it seems like I was ushered out the door for not wanting bells and whistles.
