Hall Irwin Corporation has partnered with LGI Homes to develop a community of 141 single family residences called Hidden Creek Subdivision, located in Fredrick, CO.Along with the widening of Ridgeway Boulevard, this project brings with it, a unique set of circumstances, including locating underground utilities and the various ways to work around them in the most cost effective way.

I just want to praise Hall-Irwin Corp who are handling the HOA duties in my development. I am selling a house in their development that my home buyers had inspected, only to find out that I had slightly higher than normal Radon levels in it. The buyers requested that I install a Radon mitigation system, so I sought HOA approval for it. I went into their office to see Jean who is a representative of Hall-Irwin Corporation.
I asked her about the process for having a Radon mitigation system approved, and she got right on it and was very helpful and informative. She told me that I may have to wait up to 30 days for an approval for it. I let her know that I'm closing at the end of the month, and she had assured me that she'd try to a rush on it. Jean went above and beyond for me, even taking the time to modify my crude photographs of the work to be done. And, within 2 hours, my request was approved. I just want to give a big thank you to Jean and Hall-Irwin Corporation.

NEVER do business with hall Irwin. They are thieves and liars. George would be really disappointed with the greed and disregard for business they deal with.greed is definitely their only motive now. Hall Irwin has fell to pieces in the matter of a few years. Do not move to any place that Hall Irwin maintains any control, you will be broke and sorry
