After choosing carpet at a different retailer, we thought that we were set on what we wanted, but still wanted to check a couple of other places to make sure. When we went into Heritage Carpet and Flooring, we were greeted by the store manager, Mark Keyes. He took his time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of what we should know about carpet, regardless where we were going to purchase it.

He provided us with only the facts, and didn't try to pressure us in any aspect. Because of the good customer service we received, we made the decision to make our carpet purchase at Heritage Carpet and Flooring and we don't regret it in the least! We had most of our first floor hardwood replaced, and all of our carpeting on the second floor. Heritage did a fantastic job, and the quality of installation was top-notch. All the installers were polite and neat, and showed up on time every day. Highly recommend to others!

We had the best experience with Heritage. They did our entire first floor with Luxury Vinyl Plank and Carpet. Josh was very helpful and patient with us through out the entire process and Jen, the interior designer, was great in assisting with picking out the perfect colors! The installers were very fast and extremely professional, the entire job was complete in less than 4 days and looks amazing! Well worth the investment! Highly recommended!

We just had the vinyl planking installed in our home on our whole main floor. It looks beautiful! All done in a day and a half and we are back to normal. So happy with our choice.
