Took 3 visits to install a single outlet along with a new pushmatic breaker. I told them that's what I had prior to the first first and they said they would have the part to which they did not. So the electrician decided not to install the line on the first visit and they rescheduled for a second visit almost a week or 2 later. He did do another job for me while on this visit though and I was charged what I felt was a fair price for the work at that time.
A new electrician showed up a second visit and I show him where I wanted the outlet. He then tells me he thought he only needed to put the breaker in and doesn't have the materials to install the outlet and line to the breaker box. He puts the breaker in while he is here. I then schedule a 3rd visit with them. So mind you the first 2 visits they only send 1 electrician.
They didn't charge me for the second visit. The third visit they finally have everything they need to install the one outlet I needed with a dedicated circuit. But this time they send 2 electricians and they are at my house for 2.5 hours. I get the bill almost 4-5 weeks later and they charged me $680! I have called the Muncie office to dispute it but they never got back with me. Ultimately I will not be using them again.
