This A-Frame located on M-22 has everything a homeowner needs including custom work such as old apple crates milled for finishing touches as well as an outdoor shower and fireplace. Custom milled from old apple crates, this house offers wood paneling and a cozy fireplace. This board and batten exterior was finished with a pop of color front door and custom wood details surrounding the frame. This west side Traverse City kitchen was fitted with stainless steel appliances and hood, including a modern wall oven/microwave combination unit.

I, Tim Jenema, am the owner and manager of Jenema Builders LLC. I earned my degree in Construction Technology from Ferris State University in 1993 and began work in the field immediately, which means I have almost 30 years of experience in the trade. That experience has given me a wealth of knowledge which, in the field, translates into an active problem solver and skilled contractor.
Jenema Builders LLC was started in 2006, when I knew I was ready to run entire projects. I had over a decade of field experience, and I coupled that with my degree and struck out on my own and Jenema Builders LLC was born. In the beginning I had myself and two other employees and we worked hard to provide each client, no matter the size of the project, with the best the industry had to offer. That commitment to hard work has led Jenema Builders LLC to the successful point it is today.
