Matthew and his crew installed a bathroom in our basement. They were very responsive, showed up on time and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The job was done in the time frame quoted. We are very pleased with their work.

Matt did a great job refreshing my condo before new tenants moved in. We put in new floors. Fresh Paint, new Lights, fixtures, subway tile in the shower and kitchen, blinds. It looked great and I was able to increase my rental income substantially. He made good recommendations for materials, finished on time and was very reasonable for costs. Highly recommended!

Five stars just isn't enough! We remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom recently and couldn't be happier with our experience. Matt was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. We initially hired Matt and his team to finish our completely unfinished basement earlier this year due to a great recommendation from my father in law. We built 2 bedrooms, family room, full kitchen and full bathroom in the basement. They gave us the exact time and cost it will take to finish the job and they finished right on time as promised. We were so impressed by the quality of their work and attention to detail that we hired them again recently to completely rehab upstairs including our living room, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

They also recommended and helped us with additional projects like the backyard patio in addition to all the amazing work they did inside our house. Matt and team have also helped us rehab our investment property. They are highly skilled and shared some great ideas with us that we never thought of and really brought them to life. We are extremely happy with all the work they did and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

We have used Vancouver for two remodeling projects. Great results. Very fair and honest. One project was completed in a week while we were out of town. The other was in the kitchen and they worked long hours to complete as quickly as possible. Matt, the owner is very easy to work with

I've had several quotes on this job, but these guys were the only that seemed to understand what I was looking for. Vancouver remodeling has renovated my attic and helped me to change it into a fully usable home recording studio. Their work was excellent and the customer service was top notch. They were professional, understanding, knowledgeable, courteous and very easy to work with. The did excellent job even though the it was tough and demanding. Everything on time and on budget. Wayne martin Relationship: Client Project Date: July/Aug 2018 Project Price: $10,000 - $49,999 Matt and his crew from Vancouver did an excellent job remodeling the entire second floor of my two story in Forest Trails, West Chicago. The job consisted of complete demolition of the Master bedroom and bath, three other bedrooms and a second bathroom. Carpeting was removed and replaced with a hard wood flooring, bathrooms were gutted. Replaced with new tile, Jacuzzi bathtub, built-in-glass shower, fixtures and vanities.

All walls were repaired and painted, new baseboards & quarter round as well as door hardware and other miscellaneous items. All contractors bid the job at 6-8 weeks but Matt and his professionals completed the project in 5 weeks at a reasonable price. Daily cleanup was observed and all trash and debris was removed as needed. My wife and I are highly excited about the renovation and the good job Vancouver did. Wayne & Monika Martin

These people are knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They have turned our attic into a guest bedroom and did a great job doing it.
