Builder Tony Hirst

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value He's workmanship is poor, hard to get along with, doesn't respond to emails or, phone calls when you have an issue. Didn't fix problems due to poor workmanship.

We loved working with Tony, it was truly a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend Tony Hirst as a builder and architect for anyone wanting to move in quickly.

This was our first home construction project, and Tony was patient and helpful through the process. When challenges did arise, Tony was able to find cost effective solutions in a timely manner to keep the project moving forward on schedule. We would recommend Tony to others who are considering new home construction.

We can not say enough how wonderful our home building experience was working with Tony and his team. The hard work and perfection he put into our home was outstanding.

I do not like leaving negative reviews, but at the same time I wish I had been warned before trying to use this builder. Therefore, in order to save someone else heart ache and frustration, I miss leave an honest review. If you are looking to build your own home in the area, under no circumstances would I use Tony Hirst. Just the facts: 1) he never could get a floor plan in budget and continually pointed out we needed to spend less on our land-something that was none of his business, nor his place to say. 2) he had a hard time hearing what we wanted.

We mentioned this to him and he rebutted it several times. Still not listening. 3) on no less than 3 occasions Tony had "discussions" with my husband or I over the phone where Tony continued to talk down to us as if we were his children. In case you are wondering we are 30 something adults. 4) in the end, he could not meet our budget. We had to walk away and he would not refund our deposit. Chosing instead to keep half with no explanation other than, "the check's in the mail". Using this company is not worth your time, energy, or resources.
