I had a client interested in touring one of their listings. So I follow the normal protocols and try to see how I could book a showing. To my surprise they left the tenant of the house handling everything for them. I even tried calling the office but they had an automated system send you every which way. The tenant told Me at 11:30 AM I could come look at the property at 1:30 PM.

I said OK thank you very much, as my client entered Seattle from Tacoma I was notified that the listing went pending. When I ask the tenant why didn't he mentioned that he said he had no idea. This type of professionalism disgusts me because it gives our profession a bad name

Super sleazy cold calls/cold texts asking if we want to sell our house while not being upfront or giving full name. Had to track Bryce down based on phone number and first name just to leave this review. Don't do business with these creeps.
