Jason is very knowledgeable. He replaced our entire HVAC system from a 15 year old poorly installed system that was too small for the house. Our energy bills have gone down significantly.

Horizon Heating & Cooling went above and beyond for us. Our heater was not working and Jason responded quickly to our request for an appointment. He showed up on time, explained everything, and had a great attitude the entire frustrating time. When problems occurred again the next day, Jason worked us in at the end of his day and replaced the thermostat that was creating the problems. Very reasonable prices and trustworthy. Seriously, Horizon is the only company I will call for now on.

When my house was built, the HVAC was not installed correctly and never worked well. Jason tried to make a broken system work but finally convinced me, after several years, to just replace the two units on my house. It was expensive but I finally have a house that has a great HVAC system. My electric bill is levelized and is at least $100 less a month since he installed it. He has honored his warranty and is always quick to respond to text or phone call.

Jason did an outstanding job installing a heat pump system in my basement finishing project. I had at least 7 HVAC contractors come out to provide quotes. Horizon provided the perfect balance of expertise, value, and creativity. I will be using them for all of my future HVAC servicing needs.

Jason is very knowledgeable & really went the extra mile to to fit us in. The AC unit died in the house we are renting & he did everything he could to keep the process moving along with the landlord since we were without any air in early August. Not only were they on time, they got the job done fast and there was NOTHING left behind for me to clean up! : I called him with several questions & he took the time to listen & answer all of them. They are really nice people with a great work ethic.

Went by the Yelp ratings listed here and called Jason. He was timely, professional, and fair. Was expecting the worst when furnace stopped working, but Jason diagnosed the problem and very reasonable with the pricing. Thank you Jason.

I did not actually use their services, but I called to get an estimate on having the e-coil in my unit replaced. I was only going off of Yelp, and did not realize they only serviced in Coweta county. Since I do not live in Coweta county, Jason was open and honest with me that his estimate would be the highest of anyone's because of the travel time it would take to get to me.

I appreciate his honesty, and if I ever have friends or family in Coweta county looking for heating and cooling repair, I will recommend they call Jason at Horizon Heating & Cooling.

I have used Jason's company for both heating and cooling issues left over from the previous owner/builder. He always comes with an assistant, which really lets him focus on the job. He explains the issue in layman's terms, so you truly understand the problem and the fix. His wife (who runs the office) is polite and knows her stuff too! We have been very pleased with their service.
