In partnership with Frank Dunn architecture, seakill created this incredibly thoughtful and perfect home. We were initially nervous about choosing the right team, but seakill brought us into the process like partners, focused on building an excellent home that would make our lives here incredible, and never sacrificed craftsmanship as they executed an incredible timeline.
They hired and coordinated the best for each trade and it shows. Seakill is well known and respected in the area and it's obvious why- we will definitely be hopeful to schedule them for an addition (basement finishing and maybe a garage!) They were detail oriented, have excellent communication, built an outstanding energy-efficient home, and the quality is apparent. As this was our first home, we were (and are) incredibly grateful for the seakill team.
