Our company is a fully qualified to perform through and comprehensive residential inspections, we inspect sidewalk, walkways, exterior stairs, patio, deck, exterior walls and windows. We inspect roof to ensure rafters are not sagging which may proof to be a very expensive repair. We check rubber shingles to identify number of layers on the roof, any roof with more than two layers will require additional expense when time comes to install new shingles.We also inspect garage and driveways to view the house for possible runoff issue due to poor grading.

We are thankful that we found Emile Hanna through Google. We were interested in buying a two family house. After we did the home inspection, the inspector found there is a wall bowing. We really worried about it may cause by foundation problems. We need a second opinion from structural engineer. Emile was very nice on the phone. We made appointment two days after.
He checked the crawl space carefully and found the problems down there. Even the foundation situation is good, he still pointed out the wall bowing problems. He found over 5 sections of bowing. The home inspector we found previously only found 1 section LOL. Turns out It could cost more than 100k to fix the wall. It rained heavily that day, but Emile was still very patient. He went through every detail with us. Emile saved us from buying a risk. If we ever need an inspector again, Emile will be our first choice.

I needed a second opinion on structural and basement waterproofing issues. American Inspection provided expert advice on numerous concerns that I had. Emile spent time answering all of my questions and giving me his professional opinions. He saved me thousands of dollars and more importantly, put my mind at ease. I strongly advise hiring American Inspection for any structural inspections when buying a new home. He also gave some advice on cosmetic foundations. The guy has style and knows his stuff.

American Inspection & Engineer PC is great. We used their senior engineer, Emile Hanna, several times. He saved us from buying a home with structural problems and one home that had termite infestation. During the first inspection, a regular inspector (a checklist inspector) could not tell us what the structural issues even were so we had to call American! American Inspection makes you feel as if they are on your side and looking out for only your interests. They are completely trustworthy and incredibly competent.
