I hired Outer-County Construction for some handyman work around my house and I couldn't be happier. They now take care of my weekly landscaping too. Overall great customer service, clean and reliable.

Construction with a contractor named george, missed permits, cracked concrete, faulty skylights and more. ownership contacted and no restitution made. won't get into opinions because these days they are sued for. just stick with the facts!

OCC was referred to us by a family in our area for our landscaping. I could not be happier with their service. The ladies in the office were great. They were polite and professional and had us on the schedule immediately. The guys who did the work did an amazing job, they really go the extra mile and it is obvious they take pride in their work. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you OCC for your hard work and impeccable service.

I have used Outer County in the past, without rave reviews, so now it is time to update. My roof was leaking and Artie was sent to estimate and repair. When I spoke to this guy about it, I was immediately put at ease, because I could see that this guy knows his stuff! He was smart, friendly, polite and quick with the estimate and repair. "Artie is their Ace in the hole" and people like that are hard to find these days!

When Mike showed up for estimate he didn't even have a pad to write down what I was asking for and had a helper write down some measurements on scrap paper. After 2 weeks I called to ask for an update on the estimate but one was never started. After a month i received an emailed estimate but the work I asked for was wrong on the estimate and no break downs of cost were identified, just a brief description of work to be done(which was wrong) and a number.

I then emailed Greg and Jackie back with the concerns with the estimate and a break down of the job I was looking to have done. I was then told they cold not give me an estimate "at this time". Doesn't seem like they know how to give a accurate estimate with a break down of cost, which kinda defeats the whole point of an estimate. Be cautious of how prices are determined and be prepared to wait a long time to receive an estimate.

Have worked on many small to large scale projects with OCC and have found them extremely professional, detailed and cost effective. I highly recommend them.
