Cardinal Homes will take someone "green" and teach you anything you are willing to learn about building a house. When I started at Cardinal Homes, I knew absolutely nothing about the house building process. I have gained extensive knowledge and continue to learn new things daily. Took my $, then filed for Ch. 11. Brett the owner knew he was filing for protection from creditors at the time he requested $ due to his cash flow problems. He said it would only be used for our house, he used my funds for someone else. Then he filed for his holding company, then Cardinal on 12/219 I have no home, no $119k.

Same thing here, waiting on a home not much bigger than a large shed (960 sf.) since August and have yet to have it leave the factory. Would never recommend doing business with Cardinal again. Can't get straight answers from my builder or anyone. Just go with a site built home, this is pathetic. I'd give a negative star if I could.
