Services
Our company has been installing mine elevators for over 35 years. In the late 1990s, we began installing our own line of mine elevators as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and have since installed over 30 elevators at depths up to 1,100' with capacities up to 9,000 lbs. Back-Up Generators with Automatic Transfer Switches can be provided and intergrated upon request.
Over the years, Coalfield Services has developed contractual relationships with many companies to perform mine maintenance and repair work. Whether it is repairing steel structures or replacing hoist ropes, our personnel have the experience and resources to perform a variety of maintenance services.

I worked here as an engineer and I can assure that it is a great place to work. They really care about their employees with a huge emphasis is placed on employee safety. There are a lot of large scale products designed, manufactured and assembled so I was impressed to see the measures taken to eliminate accidents and injuries. The customers also have great respect and appreciation for what Coalfield does, as they safely and effectively accomplish tasks that their competitors can't.
Highly talented, knowledgeable, and very nice people (in the office and the technicians) that mutual respect for each other. Got to learn and grow a lot, and enjoyed building family-like relationships with people. Would highly recommend as a place to work, but be open to learn and work in under high-stress situation.

Worked for them in 2016 for 2 weeks got sent home for Christmas and got a phone call the next day stating that I was being let go wouldn't give any reason other then the decision had been made and there was nothing to change it horrible company to work for very ignorant people to work with and the owner Michael is a jerk
