The design process has the most profound effect on the project cost and timing. Matching the right design professionals to the project and establishing budgets and time objectives for these individuals are paramount in controlling the project schedule and cost. Important building details are developed long before construction begins on a facility.
Program Management is a global strategy for developing a single major project with multiple elements or a series of projects with a commonality. Be it the progressive development of your campus over many years, a series of facilities across the country, or a significant project with far-reaching logistical factors and applied elements, APM has the experience and the proven tools, knowledge, and resources to make it happen for you.
APM employs its experience in full-service construction management services in support of Developers or Owners that want to manage a project in-house but need a deeper bench or additional insights on how best to deliver a project. APM also brings its skills to bear in support of lenders by performing construction monitoring (bank inspection) services.
