It all began with a friendship and with an idea that Rich Goodman and Pat Pondok had about helping others realize their expansion and renovation dreams. Small retail projects for retail and religious organizations. Larger construction commissions from hospitals and universities. For Rich and Pat, every project would be an opportunity-and the start of an important relationship.
Pat has over 35 years of diversified construction experience in pre-construction, conceptual cost evaluation, hard bid estimating, and management of our historical cost data base. As Target's Secretary/Treasurer, his responsibilities are broad and include the management of the estimating department, review and procurement of contracts, subcontractor networking, and the ongoing monitoring of our subcontractor/vendor data base system. With 35+ years of hands-on construction experience in the local market, Rich handles the role of President at Target Building Construction.
