Bielinski Brothers Builders

I have had an ongoing issue with this builder. They sub contracted out our drive way to a concrete company who did a bad pour. They sent out some concrete expert who confirmed it was a bad pour. This was in summer of 2021. Every week after they confirmed it was a bad pour they said they would be replacing it up until November of 2021. They agreed to fix the driveway by June 15th of this year or issue a refund and they did not.

When called they claimed they would do it next week. They have been saying "next week" for nearly an entire year. This is beyond unacceptable. Not to mention they insult my intelligence by saying it's been "too wet to pour" despite me seeing them do other concrete projects in my own neighborhood. Please read this and understand that this company seems nice but will throw you under the bus at any opportunity to save a dime. They are refusing to refund me the money set aside in the buy agreement to do the driveway.

The people that work for and provide on-site services for Bielinski are amazing! Billy Filipiak is very knowledgeable, which has been so helpful to us as we navigate through the finishing of our unfinished redi-home. He's thorough and hardworking, friendly and super easy to work with! Jackie Johnson, the Bielinski seller's agent, was just as friendly and always ready to answer questions during the home-buying process. And she has the best sense of humor! I absolutely love my Bielinski home!

We have had the pleasure of owning two Bielinski Homes over the past 10 years. The design, quality, and support from Bielinski has always been exceptional. Our new home was a recent parade model, and truly demonstrates their capability in design an craftsmanship. This is our 5th home in less than 10 years due to several relocations, and the quality of the build and attention to finishing detail is by far the best of any of our previous homes.

The Bielinski team was very responsive during and after the purchase, and it's clear that they truly stand by their product. I would highly recommend Bielinski to anyone looking to build or buy in the SE WI area.

We had flooring installed in our home that we built in 2019. 11 months after moving in and we had a dozen chips in the flooring and buckling. Flooring experts said the flooring should not be put in any room where there might be any possible moisture (ours is throughout our home except for bedrooms). We expect better flooring in a home that is close to $400,000. We would love to have Bielinski help, but we've been given the run around and still have horrible flooring that we did not plan on having when we built 2 1/2 years ago.

My husband and I purchased a Redi home from Bielinski Homes and have been so impressed with the dedication of staff, quality of work and continued follow-up and "check-ins" after the completion of sale. There are two people in particular that have left lasting impressions on us since day one of our journey with Bielinski Homes. Jackie Johnson, new home consultant/realtor made the process of looking at the models and homes in the construction phase very enjoyable and easy.

She took the time to answer any questions we had along the way, communicated updates on the building/finishing process and facilitated necessary conversations during the final steps of purchasing our home. We are forever grateful for her dedication, customer service and integrity as a realtor and professional and would recommend working with her to find your Bielinski home. Billy Filipiak, site construction manager is awesome!

From the walkthrough prior to closing to today Billy has gone above and beyond what I would assume someone in his role has to do. He took the time during the walkthrough reviewing every detail of our home, offered "tips and tricks" to take care of different things and answered all of our questions. The best part is, Billy continues to check and answer any questions we have about our house.

We have previously purchased homes and once the walkthrough and closing is done you are on your own to figure things out, that does not happen with Bielinski. The pride and hard work we see Billy exhibit on a daily basis is impressive and reassuring to us that we made the right choice on our home purchase. Jackie and Billy exemplify the definition of customer service, integrity, professionalism and doing whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. Bielinski Homes is very lucky to have both of them representing their company!

We purchased our new condo built by Bielinski Homes and are very happy with our new home. In a great location! Is extremely good quality and well thought out plan with open concept. Very open with lots of light. Also, loaded with storage space. They also have remained involved in following through on any touch-ups or minor repairs. Their New Home Consultant, Jackie Johnson, has been very helpful throughout this process.

She is very knowledgeable and has answered many questions we had. While being very professional, she has always been extremely friendly and pleasant. She always makes time to help out or offer suggestions when needed. Jackie is an outstanding representative for Bielinski Homes. We would highly recommend Bielinski Homes (and Jackie, of course) to anyone looking to build or purchase a new home.

We've been in our new house for a month now. We had a good experience building with Bielinski. Any work done by subs that wasn't up to my standards was addressed quickly. I am hard to please and the overall experience was surprisingly good for us. We especially liked working with Michelle in sales, Rebecca in design, and Nick as project manager.

We bought a Redihome from Bielinski. The whole process has been very professional from start to finish. Our inspector was very thorough and found quite a bit of things that he recommended addressing. This was somewhat concerning and discouraging for a new build. We asked Bielinski to address what we deemed were the major things: Some windows weren't sealing properly, some shingles were torn, furnace had a puddle at the bottom of the unit, etc.

Our realtor got a phone call from Tom Bielinski directly and said that they would address every single finding on our inspection, even the ones we didn't ask them to address (most of the issues were generated from contract work). Our site supervisor Rob did, in fact, address every single thing (he said he spent approximately 90 hours in our house personally addressing these items).

He did our final walkthrough, too, and was a complete pleasure. To put it into perspective of their methods of "fixing", there was a kitchen cabinet door that had a tiny nick in the paint. Bielinski sent a warranty employee over a couple weeks after closing and replaced the entire door, instead of simply touching up the existing door (very pleased with this level of making sure we were satisfied with the rework).

With the window seals, there was some panes that had uneven sealing surfaces. We received 2 brand new window panes that will be installed. Jackie, who is our neighborhood contact, has made sure we are taken care of and satisfied. She handled the closing aspect of the house and had great communication throughout. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result of purchasing a Redihome from Bielinski. They have made it apparent to me and my family that they have pride in their work and want us to be happy. We have recommended Bielinski to a couple people already.

This is the third home that I have built with Bielinski and I am hopeful it will be my forever home. My parents have built two homes with Bielinski themselves and hope to purchase a Bielinski condo when they retire. The team at Bielinski provides you with a quality experience from beginning to end. The personable sales team does an expert job at qualifying your needs and assisting with what home plan best meets them.

The design team provides high quality design choices and knowledgeable advice for a variety of budgets. The pricing team provides timely information upon request. The workmanship on the home is exceptional. All of this resulting in a very happy home three times in all! Thank you Bielinski for exceeding my expectations a third time. I can't wait to get into my home sweet home.

What can I say. Less than 5 months from excavation to occupancy, everything done properly and a check back to us for $3500.00, when all was said and done. (And it wasn't even built in one of their neighborhoods) Our construction manager Rob was amazing! He kept things moving, kept us informed and always checked out any questions or concerns we had immediately. Thank you Bielinski Brothers Builders! I love my new home!

We built our home with Bielinski and couldn't be happier with the result! The staff was great to work with and very attentive throughout the whole process. The warranty work has also been done much easier and quicker than we could have expected. I have to say, they definitely treat you like you're part of the family. We really do love our new home!

Unfortunately, purchasing a home from Bielinski Homes has been a very negative experience for me. The team has been unprofessional and does not display any support through customer service or warranty in a timely fashion. They are even willing to break the law and do not even accept that they are doing it. I do not recommend Bielinski Homes to anyone purchasing a home they have built as you will be completely dissatisfied.

I wish I had checked into their reputation more before making my decision as several people in town are aware of their very slow response to any warranty issues as well as their lack of support after the sale. Their contractors take shortcuts to get the homes done fast to move onto the next home and do not take care in the details. I strongly suggest to any new home buyer to NOT consider Bielinski Homes.

You will be treated like a number and they will not honor their commitments. They will even lie and make up stories to avoid any support after the sale. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
