Horrible company that won't work with people during covid. Ridiculous.

New Lofts of Hawks Ridge Apartments look great from the outside. I'm waiting for new building to open up before I schedule a tour. Manager was professional and courteous over the phone and answered all my questions.

Never once in my 10 plus years of renting have I ever experienced such unprofessional treatment from a management office staff. I had a large amount taken from my security deposit for "damages" and "cleaning". In all my years of renting, I had never had anything taken from my deposit so of course I called with my concerns to the lady in the office where I rented.

She directed me to the corporate office. I called and the woman who answered the phone was very nice until I explained what the purpose of my call was. She then got very defensive and stated the main charges very vaguely and that if I had any disputes that I would have to take it to small claims. I explained I was not looking to go the legal route and was hoping to discuss the charges and come to an agreement.

I requested to view the photos she kept referring to and she said if I wanted to view the photos she would show them in court. I was very frustrated because I had already explained I did not want to take legal action and asked if there was anyone else I could speak with on the matter. I was then transferred to another woman who was even more defensive and angry than the first one.

I was told by the second lady that if I kept speaking with a "tone" she would hang up on me, which she did indeed do. even though I was just challenging the charges and requesting to see the proof they stated they had. They were adamant about their charges, which I can respect but I just wanted additional information before paying, which they were not at all willing to give. Very unprofessional and I will deter friends and family from renting from any Teronomy properties in the future.

I visited the Teronomy office location to enquire about rentals in the area. The office staff greeting everyone that walked through the front door was very professional, considerate and dropped everything she was doing to help me out.

Teronomy own several very nice apartment complexes in the SE Wisconsin area. They are reasonably priced, nice layout, and have more square footage than most other apartments. I would NOT recommend them, however, because they have no regard for the circumstances of the COVID pandemic, and that is reflected by their total unwillingness to negotiate not charging an early move out due to being permanently laid off from your job, etc.

I am very upset they charged me almost $1000 when I had no choice but to move. The company doesn't have a soul of any sort, which is not what I would look for in a permanent dwelling.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Teronomy is a complete disgrace. Macy on the phone is rude and severely incompetent. Knows nothing about any of the properties. How she still has a job is beyond me, probably nepotism. Safe to say I will not be doing business with these people.

The appartment services of teronomy builders at hawksridge beloit has been very very poor recently they only care about you when you want to be a resident once you are a resident here they stop responding to your emails and phone calls please re think if you are thinking of renting here as you pay a very high rent for careless service

I rent from them and they are fabulous - take care of you if you have an issue immediately!
