Maryville Construction Co Inc is located in Hazel Green, WI. The company was originally founded by C.J. Droessler as Droessler Construction Company. The company was later passed to C.J.'s nephew, David, who changed the business name to Maryville Construction Company. After David died in a plane crash, Ron Robbins purchased the business in 1985.
The building serves as a retail bank, drive-up, and corporate headquarters for Premier Bank, a locally-owned community bank established in 1998. The design is based on the prairie-style architecture of an Iowa architect named Alfred Caldwell (a respected peer of Frank Lloyd Wright) who designed many buildings in Eagle Point Park in Dubuque.
