Mark is awesome! He just helped my husband and I with the purchase our first home. It can be an intimidating process and a very big decision, in normal times, let alone the market we were walking into, but Mark helped make it as stress free as possible. You can trust that he is going to give you honest, no pressure input. He has a wealth of knowledge and great perspective on the industry.

Mark with Best CS Homes has been nothing less than amazing to work with in the search for our first home. My fiance and I are out of state and looking to move to CO. The process seemed daunting and with the stories of a vicious housing market, we weren't too confident when we started our journey. However, once we met Mark and started working with him, our fears quickly became a thing of the past.
Mark provided in-depth knowledge of properties, local communities, and his honest opinion for every option he found us. His previous experience as a home builder himself, mathematician skills, and his passionate drive to help families find their forever home allowed us to trust Mark throughout the entire process. Not only does he provide information like no one else, he personally visits each property and creates custom walkthrough videos with his commentary on what he is seeing.
Being out of state, this helped us filter through all the options with the most options. Mark truly has your best interest in mind and will make sure you are completely satisfied with your decisions. Currently, we are under contact on a new build. Mark has provided bi-weekly updates for every stage of the building process. From videos to pictures, he has not failed to impress my fiance and I.

We had a fantastic experience selling our home. Mark created an impressive video walkthrough that generated interest well before the home hit the market, and we were under contract in a matter of hours. Mark gives excellent advice and tips to succeed in a competitive housing market. We also worked with him to purchase our home a few years ago, and he has been great as both a buyer's and seller's agent. Highly recommend!
